Abs edge bandings

We produce edge bandings in ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), a thermoplastic material particularly resistant to mechanical stress and thermal shock, which has been successfully used in the furniture industry for over 50 years.

Our ABS edge bandings are suitable for edging the profiles of different wooden material and constitute the perfect match for decorative coverings in furniture.

All our ABS edge bandings are primed on the back and suitable for conventional processing with hot-melt adhesive technology.

We have always passionately matched the edge bandings to the surfaces to which they are applied, making a careful optical and tactile selection: the numerous color and finish ranges allow us to find the perfect match therefore offering the customers a seamless solution in which the edge bandings and panel become one. It’s our experience that influences the thousands of decorations, colors produced, the multitude of print and tint variations, as well as the different surface finishes and gloss levels in each new edge banding creation.

In addition to the standard thicknesses of 1 and 2 mm, thin ABS edge bandings are available in stock starting from thickness of 0.35 mm and other solutions for special applications such as softforming.

Our ABS edge bandings are available in plain colors or can be digitally printed to reproduce stone effect decorations, fabric effects, designer decorations and wood colors; all of them can be requested in a matt, glossy or embossed finish. Metallic and aluminium effects complete the range.

We are able to provide edgebanding for the best-selling colors from many major chipboard producers worldwide.

In addition, we continuously add new designs as new trends come about.

In addition to our large stock colors, we mostly produce special colors based on the customer needs.
