Urea glues

Urea glues are the most used in the wood sector, in particular in the veneering operation and in the production of chipboard or MDF panels.

They have excellent resistance to high temperatures and humidity, which is why they lend themselves well to the processing of veneered panels, which can be sanded or painted in ovens at high temperatures without the glue softening.

Self-hardening urea glues are found on the market in the form of powder mixtures whose cross-linking occurs through humidity and heat.

By mixing water and powder in the right ratio, you obtain a ready-to-use mixture suitable for all veneering and balancing jobs.

Urea glues can also be found on the market in liquid form, ready for use after adding a specific hardener.
